Our Orchards –
A Habitat Full of Flavor

Our cider apples grow in traditional orchards—one of Europe’s most biodiverse cultivated landscapes. Unlike intensively farmed plantations, these mixed orchards provide a valuable habitat for a wide range of plant and animal species.

From old apple varieties and wildflowers to insect-friendly hedgerows: every tree and blossom helps strengthen local biodiversity. Countless bird species, wild bees, butterflies, and small mammals find food and shelter here—a vibrant ecosystem that thrives in harmony with nature.

We also consciously avoid synthetic chemicals and manage our land with a focus on soil health, water balance, and ecological diversity. For us, great cider doesn’t start in the press—it begins with respect for the land where our apples grow.
