Cider made to share
Inspired by the changing light of the day and shaped by the seasons, each bottle captures its own expression: the crisp clarity of Blue Hour, the refined dryness of Dusk, to the warmth of Summerglow, the floral brightness of Elder Dawn, the dark fruit of Firelight, the mellow depth of Oak Ember, the soft richness of Berryhaze, and the bright ease of Mønlight. Made to share, our ciders are best enjoyed together during the golden hour in our orchard—when the light turns soft, the day slows down, and the moment lingers a little longer.

Three ciders. Three medals.
At the 2026 International Cider Challenge (ICC) in London, all three Golden Hour ciders we entered were awarded medals: two Silver and one Bronze. The ICC uses rigorous blind tastings by an independent international panel of cider experts, meaning the ciders are judged on what is in the glass, not the label, the brand or the story behind it. For a young Danish cidery, having every cider we entered recognised internationally is something we are incredibly proud of.
