Orchard

In our orchard, classic British cider apples grow with traditional Danish varieties. We leave the orchard entirely to nature, creating space for insects, wildlife and biodiversity to thrive, and helping to foster a richer, healthier environment around us. For the people around, the orchard is the kind of place made for slowing down, gathering together, and sharing a picnic or a long night among the trees.

Cidery

Our cidery began as a machine hall and was rebuilt by hand, and with good friends and family, to transform it into a professional cidery. Today, it is the working heart of Golden Hour Cider—the place where fruit is shaped with patience, care, and craftsmanship into something expressive and made to be shared. For us, cider stands confidently alongside wine and beer as a drink of equal character and quality, while offering something distinctly its own: naturally gluten-free, often lower in alcohol than wine, and closely connected to the fruit and landscape it comes from. It is both refreshing and complex, relaxed yet refined, and remarkably versatile at the table. Rooted in tradition yet made for the way people enjoy drinking today, cider brings together freshness, structure and a strong sense of place in every bottle.
